The Resort that Andy stayed and liked

Yesterday I got a phone call originating from Torrey Pines near San Diego. Because I didn’t know the telephone number I let it go to voicemail. As it turned out it was my friend Andy Moffat. I had forgotten that he was going to move to Torrey Pines after he got back from his trip to a Hawaii Luxury Resort. When I called him back he said that his new condo is a little bit bigger than his old condo. He also said that despite having more amenities than his old home, the HOA fees were $93 less per month. We then made plans to get together this coming weekend.
