Stopping At Nothing To Get Better In Business

The boss that I currently have is incredible.  He does whatever it takes to keep his employees.  Other bosses in our industry fire and hire like it means nothing to them.  They only care about their bottom line and will sacrifice anybody in their way to get it.  But my boss wants to make sure that he has great employees along the way.  He has us doing some new instrumentation training to make sure that we stay up on things as a company to be the ones still standing when everything else falls to the side.  We are going to be set up to win in the end.
