How Does Greenhouse Fogging Work?

8:45 pm Technology

Your plants need moisture. Having the correct balance of moisture is key. Too little and your plants become stressed trying to create their own moisture. Too much and you risk the harmful growth of bacteria and fungi. These things can be very damaging to your plants. A greenhouse fogging system works by putting tiny little water droplets in the air. Plants use the droplets to stay hydrated, but the droplets are so tiny they are evaporated into the air long before they are able to gather on the surface. Eliminating moisture build up on the surface cuts back on the bacteria and fungi.
