Categorizing Church Members

With our growing church, it is a good thing that I have technology to help me keep track of everyone.  I use a type of Church Software to categorize all of our members’ names and information. It is very convenient to have that information in a computer, so I can get in touch with any member of our church any time I need to. I can even program information about who has participated in certain classes or events, so I do not ask the same people to help over and over again.  I am sure the members appreciate that aspect of this technology too.
