Let’s say you and your soon-to-be spouse don’t want a “normal” wedding. You want something that is definitely different, that family and friends will be talking about for years to come. A wedding that will have people saying, “You did WHAT?” You want an extreme wedding, and you unquestionably need wedding photography tips so you can document that it really happened!

If you want to have a different type of wedding portrait, underwater wedding photos are the way to go. Unless you intend to have the entire ceremony underwater, this photo shoot is planned after the wedding. Don’t expect to be able to save your dress after this, though. It will be totally trashed! But if you’re after a really dreamy, Little Mermaid-type of look, this is the perfect way to go.

The crucial part of the wedding photography tips here is finding a photographer that is a diver at the same time. While you will be able to come up and down for air, the photographer will have to hold a steady position in order to take a beautiful picture. You may need some assistants, too, if you need to have scuba gear around.

Testing the “till death do us part” pledge will be really fun if the first kiss involves a bungee jump. Touted as “another way to take the plunge,” this is perfect for daredevil couples – and photographers that can take the jump with them.

If you would rather have your feet on the ground while getting the thrill of your life, you could get married on the newly-built Arizona Grand Canyon Skywalk. This will definitely provide a lot of photo opportunities with the magnificent backdrop of the Grand Canyon behind you while you walk on a glass bridge suspended 4,000 feet above the Grand Canyon.

All this extreme stuff is great – if both of you are up to it!
