Building a Model Railway From Scratch
February 16, 2010 4:58 am MiscellaneousBuilding a model railway from scratch is not as easy as it might seem. It requires careful planning and preparation, as well as at least some money. Before a person can even start, they need to draw their design out on paper just as if it were a large architectural project. In addition, they need to clear out a space for their finished track. They should make sure they have an area that is plenty large enough, because it is better to have too much space than not enough. This allows for growth and eliminates the possibility of having to tear apart a track because it doesn’t fit.
