Coping Skills
February 28, 2010 4:59 am Home and FamilyI took my family to the funeral home to pay our last respects to my boss. Although my kids had only met him a few times, my wife and I had spent countless occasions with him and his wife. They were a very nice and loving couple. My daughter, who is in her twenties, had never really been to a funeral before. She is a very emotional person and I was afraid that she might have a hard time. However, I was more concerned about my son. He was younger and did not have the same coping skills of my daughter so we decided to leave him with grandma for the day.
