The best weight loss meal plans are those that are balanced in focus on overall health and nourishment for the body.  When the body is healthy and working efficiently by receiving the proper nutrients, it will be much easier to lose weight than if a person excluded certain macro nutrients.  For example, for some reason the diet industry has made it seem as though “fats” are actually bad for you and will make you fat.  But the truth is that there is good fat, and there is bad fat.  Good fat are foods such olive oil, coconut oil, organic peanut butter, avocados, etc.  The more close one eats to nature, the more likely they are going to lose weight permanently.
