Geat shoulder workout with dumbells

Lets check out a great shoulder workout using just a set of dumbells.  You will have more control over your lifts with dumbells and you can train unilaterally.  Training unilaterally is a great way to bring up lagging or weak bodyparts.  What unilaterl training means is this.  Training one side of the body at a time.  Lets say one side of your traps is noticably larger than the other. You can work that side independantly from the other, giving it the extra attention it may need by way of more weight or more reps.  It works great with every muscle group, and its an advantage the dumbell can have over bilateral barbell training. Its a great dumbell workout.  i personally perfer a dumbell workout when i train at home.
