A Group Decision
December 30, 2009 1:25 pm HealthI have a group of girlfriends who I hang out with regularly. We have decided to make it a group goal to get into better shape and lose some weight. We are all going walking together three times a week and we found some online fitness workouts to do as a group several times a week. We are excited about keeping each other motivated and we plan to track our progress. I think it is a great idea and I am so glad that we are doing this as a group. It will be easier to keep motivated and to make sure that we finish what we started.
