Checks and Balances

My company has decided to open a new branch in Sydney and I have been put in charge of certain aspects of this expansion. One of the first things I have been asked to do is find an accounting firm sydney for our company to use. We have one at our current branch, but do not want to use the same for both. This way we have some checks and balances. Our plan is to have each company audit the other with no warning. Fraud has been an issue in our field for years now so we want to be proactive in preventing it.
