Boss Suggesting John Carlton Coaching
March 3, 2010 6:44 pm BusinessA new position opened up a few months ago as floor supervisor at my company. I didn’t expect to get it, but I still hoped I might. The job ended up going to one of my coworkers who has been with the company longer and is definitely qualified for the position. There were no hard feelings on my part, but I talked to my boss about what it is that makes someone promotion ready. He talked a lot about responsibility and enthusiasm. When I asked him how I could develop these things, he suggested I look into John Carlton coaching. Apparently he has had many employees in situations like mine take part in this program and come back ready to be promoted. I am excited to check it out!
